Signature and opening of the "Joint Laboratory of Modern Agriculture and Water Management" between CNRS Lebanon and AIRCAS Aerospace Information Research Institute- Chinese Academy of Sciences. The joint lab will be co-directed by Dr. Ghaleb Faour from the National Center for Remote Sensing Lebanon (NCRS) and the eminent Professor Bingfang Wu from AIRCAS. This lab will tackle water scarcity and water management.
