European Commission & Participating Countries on Food systems and
Water resources for the development of inclusive, sustainable and
healthy Euro-Mediterranean societies.

PRIMA is the most ambitious joint programme ever to be undertaken by both sides of the Mediterranean.
- PRIMA will be implemented on the basis of the principles of co-ownership, mutual interest, shared benefits and co-funding.
The Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area
will devise new R&I approaches to improve water availability and
sustainable agriculture production in a region heavily distressed by
climate change, urbanization and population growth.

Calls 2021
In view of the launch of the 2021 calls, PRIMA Secretariat is pleased to share an Orientation Paper, with information on the topics, rules for participation and budget for upcoming call.

The calls for proposals are expected to be published by the end of February.
