This document provides a general framework and a set of guidelines to researchers and institutions involved in research to guarantee their respect of the principles of scientific integrity and their adoption of the basic principles of scientific method and professional research conduct. The aim of this “Charter” is to define the basic principles of ethics and regulations that should be adopted and strictly followed by researchers and institutions in Lebanon for a responsible conduct of research in the different disciplines of science.
