PRIMA International Agreement EU-Lebanon, signed on 27 February 2018 at the EU Commission in Brussels. With the signature of the PRIMA International Agreement, Lebanese Researchers and Research Institutions are now positioned to benefit and support the PRIMA Calls.
Information session
On behalf of the National Council for Scientific Research (CNRS-L) and Under the Esteemed Patronage of H.E. Minister Marwan Hamade, Minister of Education and Higher Education, CNRS organized an information Session, On Monday March 12, 2018, on the PRIMA Programme: A Joint programme co-financed by European Commission & Participating Countries on Food systems and Water resources for the development of inclusive, sustainable and healthy Euro-Mediterranean societies;
The aim of the session is to further expose the PRIMA Programme, Strategic Research Agenda and Roadmap; and highlight opportunities for Research Funding (Priorities); Call Sections (Section 1 & 2); and National Eligibility Rules and Criteria (Section 2 Calls), within the thematics of:

Integrated and sustainable management of water for arid and semi-arid Mediterranean area
- Sustainable farming systems under Mediterranean environmental constraint
- Sustainable Mediterranean agro-food value chain for regional and local development.
